Refund Policy

General Refund Policy

All payments made for training programs, seminars, consulting sessions, or related services are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy. Refunds will only be granted under the conditions described below.

Cancellations by Client

Training & Seminars

  • Cancellations made 30 or 31 days before the scheduled start date are eligible for full refunds (less any transaction or administrative fees).
  • Cancellations made 21 or more days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 21 days before the start date.

Consulting Services

  • Cancellations made with at least 21 business days’ notice before commencing consulting services are eligible for a full refund (less administrative fees).
  • Cancellations made with less than 21 business days’ notice are not refundable.

Cancellations by Chrome Consulting Associates

If a program, seminar, or service is cancelled by Chrome Consulting Associates due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, facilitator unavailability, or force majeure), clients will be entitled to:

  • A full refund of the amount paid
  • The option to transfer payment to a future program or service of equal value

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled training, seminar, or consulting session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Substitutions & Transfers

Clients may request to transfer their registration to another individual or defer participation to a future session (subject to availability) at no additional cost, provided notice is given at least 5 business days before the event.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request being confirmed. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • Course materials
  • Digital downloads
  • Any partially delivered consulting services
