All payments made for training programs, seminars, consulting sessions, or related services are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy. Refunds will only be granted under the conditions described below.
If a program, seminar, or service is cancelled by Chrome Consulting Associates due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, facilitator unavailability, or force majeure), clients will be entitled to:
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled training, seminar, or consulting session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Clients may request to transfer their registration to another individual or defer participation to a future session (subject to availability) at no additional cost, provided notice is given at least 5 business days before the event.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request being confirmed. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
